The patient needs to send a duly filled enquiry form to Baby Joy IVF Center. This form has relevant information like nature of problem and allied medical observations related to the same. Attachment of the pathological reports like ultrasound, x-ray scans etc., also could be sent if availabe along with the form. The patient can also seek answers for any of his queries or confusions.
After receiving this enquiry form from the patient, we will revert with the following information to the patient –
- Reply to your queries and questions regarding the treatment or otherwise
- Tentative outline of the cost of treatment as per the initial diagnoses made through the reports sent by the patient.
- A general idea of the recuperation time required after the treatment, etc.
This completes the first stage enquiry. However, subsequent enquiries could also be done through our Whatsapp number and emails any time. We may also arrange video conferencing if found necessary or desired by the patient.
Baby Joy reverts to the patient with the detailed guideline regarding the tentative infertility treatment procedure that is to be performed.
We also inform about the objective time frame required for the process.
REGISTRATION
We will begin the process of enrolling the patient once the patient wishes to avail treatment from us. To avail the treatment, the patient will have to apply for the Medical Visa. We will assist you with the process of Medical Visa as follows:
- Visa Invitation Letter. The patient will need an Invitation Letter from the Clinic (Baby Joy) where he/she intends to go ahead with treatment. As the patient is convinced and shows intent to fly to India to avail our services, we will request the patient to deposit a nominal amount of USD 300 to register with us (part of package) and once done, we will issue an Invitation Letter to the patient as well as request the embassy to issue a Medical Visa to the patient.
- Visa issuance. Once the patient gets the Medical Visa from the embassy, he/she may plan the travel to India as per the line of treatment suggested by Baby Joy.
